- Job Description:
Manage temporary unit request from customer whose car in workshop more than 48 hours - Preparation of the car, uploading photos and do car allocation in the CRM system
- Weekly preparation on the temp car status
- Assist on all the marketing expenses and administration including preparation of PO, invoice and check the cheque/payment status with Finance
- Preparation on the merchandize to be sent to customer once getting order from Shopee customer
- Assist on administrative work required by Marketing Department
- Assist on customer complaint escalate from different sources (i.e. call centre/email/customer tribunal
