Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative at SoundLife, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional service and support throughout their journey with us. We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic individual with strong communication skills to join our team and help enhance the overall patient experience.

 

Requirements:

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation.

·         Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or clinic setting.

·         Empathy, patience, and the ability to effectively communicate with patients from diverse backgrounds.

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites and familiarity with basic office equipment.

·         Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

·         Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Being able to speak different Mandarin will be considered first.

 

Responsibilities:

1.      Patient Interaction: Greet patients with warmth and professionalism and assist them with any inquiries or concerns they may have regarding our services, products, or appointments.

2.      Appointment Coordination: Schedule appointments for hearing tests, fittings, follow-up visits, and consultations, ensuring efficient and seamless scheduling for patients.

3.      Patient Support: Provide personalized support to patients, including assisting with registration processes, explaining clinic procedures, and addressing any questions about their hearing health journey.

4.      Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication channels with patients, both in person and over the phone, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and follow-ups.

5.      Patient Education: Educate patients about hearing aids, accessories, and maintenance tips, empowering them to make informed decisions about their hearing health.

6.      Problem Resolution: Handle patient complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism and escalate issues to management when necessary to ensure swift resolution.

7.      Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative duties such as processing payments, managing patient records, and maintaining inventory, always ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

8.      Collaboration: Work closely with audiologists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure a seamless and positive experience for every patient.
