Why does this job exist and why is it critical?​

Role & Tasks

  • Market survey and research about Total Rewards & People Services practices, recognition and benchmarking
  • Work on and assist, coordinate, plan and execute projects in relating to rewards and HR practices.

Preferred and Desirable Skills :

  • Resourceful in market research, good analytical and discipline, sense of curiosity, hands on attitude, result focused and deadline driven
  • Fast learner, friendly and approachable
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment ( prior experience in an office environment is an advantage)
  • Solid organization skills and attention to detail
