Export Sales Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Responsibilities

• To ensure all shipments are promptly delivered through effective arrangement and coordination with planning and warehouse dept. to meet customers’ requirements.
• To ensure potential and new customers’ prospects are established.
• To monitor and follow up on customer payments that are received timely and no bad debts incurred.
• Coordinate all customer requirements in terms of delivery options, documentation, and payment methods.
