Job Description

Mastertech Solutions Sdn Bhd is a software and web development company. Our company is a small but established company, as we are growing, you will stand a better chance to grow with us. Besides, our company is also getting stable so we are providing opportunities for students to have practical experience.

*You will have the opportunity to acquire soft skills such as communication skills, interpersonal skills, recruitment skills, etc during your internship.*

You will play an important role in:

  • Updating company databases when there is a new hire and employee resigns.
  • Screening resumes and application forms.
  • Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
  • Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
  • Assisting in the planning of company events.
  • Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates.
  • Update company policies, employee handbook if needed.
  • Prepare payroll data like claims, leaves, etc.
  • Ad-hoc administrative task assigned.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • BS degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills, detail-oriented, self-disciplined person.

Expected Start Date: June 2023
